保存条件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

This enzyme metabolizes arachidonic acid predominantly via a NADPH-dependent olefin epoxidation mainly to 14,15-, 11,12-, and 8,9-epoxyeicosatrienoic acids (EET). It also acts as an omega-1-hydroxylase by metabolizing arachidonic acid to 19-hydroxyeicosatetraenoic acid.ENCODES a protein that exhibits aromatase activity (inferred); electron carrier activity (inferred); heme binding (inferred); FOUND IN endoplasmic reticulum (inferred); endoplasmic reticulum membrane (inferred); membrane (inferred).

Subcellular Location:
Endoplasmic reticulum membrane; Peripheral membrane protein. Microsome membrane; Peripheral membrane protein.

Tissue Specificity:
Abundantly expressed in heart and liver.

Similarity:
Belongs to the cytochrome P450 family.
