保存条件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

MS4A3 is a member of the membrane-spanning 4A gene family and displays unique expression patterns among hematopoietic cells and nonlymphoid tissues. MS4A3 is likely to play a role in signal transduction and may function as a subunit associated with receptor complexes. Alternative splicing may result in multiple transcript variants; however, not all variants have been fully described.

Function:
Hematopoietic modulator for the G1-S cell cycle transition. Modulates the level of phosphorylation of cyclin-dependent kinase 2 (CDK2) through its direct binding to cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor 3 (CDKN3/KAP). 

Subunit:
Interacts with CDKN3. Interacts with CDKN3-CDK2 complexes through its binding to CDKN3; this interaction facilitates dissociation of cyclin A from CDKN3-CDK2 complexes.

Subcellular Location:
Endomembrane system; Multi-pass membrane protein (By similarity). Cytoplasm, perinuclear region (By similarity). Note=Located in the perinuclear area. 

Tissue Specificity:
Expressed specifically in hematopoietic cells and tissues.
