储 存 液 0.01M TBS(pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.03% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol.
保存条件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

ELAC1 is a 363 amino acid nuclear protein that belongs to the RNase Z family of RNA-processing enzymes. Expressed throughout the body with highest expression in lung, brain, placenta, heart, liver, kidney and pancreas, RNase Z1 is a zinc phosphodiesterase that plays a role in tRNA maturation by removing 3'-trailer segments from precursor tRNA. In addition, RNase Z has a variety of other zinc-dependent RNA processing activities, including generation of 3' termini on tRNA, endonucleolytic cleavage of RNA and removal of extra 3' nucleotides from unprocessed tRNA. Defects in the gene encoding RNase Z1 may be involved in the pathogenesis of prostate cancer, suggesting a possible role for RNase Z1 in carcinogenesis.

Function:
Zinc phosphodiesterase, which displays some tRNA 3'-processing endonuclease activity. Probably involved in tRNA maturation, by removing a 3'-trailer from precursor tRNA.
