保存条件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

产品介绍 background:
Cullin 1 may be involved in the degradation of positive cell cycle regulators (for example G1 cyclins in yeast). Human cullin 1 forms a complex with Skp1 and the F box protein Skp2, which is thought to play a role in the ubiquitination of G1 regulatory proteins, as its homolog does in yeast.

Tissue Specificity:
Expressed in lung fibroblasts.

Post-translational modifications:
Neddylated; which enhances the ubiquitination activity of SCF. Deneddylated via its interaction with the COP9 signalosome (CSN) complex. Deneddylated by Epstein-Barr virus BPLF1 leading to a S-phase-like environment that is required for efficient replication of the viral genome.

Similarity:
Belongs to the cullin family.
